Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy
1. Introduction
Welcome to Alnomadi Tourism LLC. By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, making a booking, applying for a visa-related service, or completing payment through our online or offline channels, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.
Alnomadi Tourism LLC provides travel and tourism-related services including, but not limited to:
Global visa assistance & Visa appointment assistance
Dubai visa application services
Flight and Hotel booking
Tour packages, city tours, and travel activities
Our services are subject to the rules, policies, approval processes, timelines, and decisions of third parties, including embassies, consulates, UAE immigration authorities (GDRFA/ICP), airlines, hotels, and payment providers.
2. Nature of Our Services
Alnomadi Tourism LLC acts as a travel and tourism service provider. For visa-related services, we assist with documentation, application preparation, and submission. Final approval, rejection, delay, or additional requirements are solely determined by the relevant immigration authority or embassy. We do not guarantee visa approval, appointment availability, airline/hotel availability, or any decision made by a third-party provider.
3. Client Responsibility & Fraudulent Documents
The client is strictly responsible for providing complete, accurate, and genuine information.
Zero Tolerance for Fake Documents: If a client submits forged, tampered, or fake documents (including fake bank statements or dummy tickets), Alnomadi Tourism LLC reserves the right to terminate the service immediately without any refund. Furthermore, in compliance with UAE law, providing fraudulent documents will result in the applicant being reported to the relevant UAE law enforcement and immigration authorities (GDRFA/ICP).
Alnomadi Tourism LLC will not be responsible for delays, rejections, or penalties caused by:
Incorrect, fake, or expired documents.
Travel bans, absconding cases, blacklisting, or security checks.
Government system downtimes (e.g., ICP or GDRFA portal technical issues).
Force majeure events, including weather, strikes, or pandemics.
4. Payment Terms & Taxes
Clients may make payments through credit/debit cards, online links, Tabby, Tamara, bank transfers, or cash.
VAT & Taxes: In accordance with UAE law, all services are subject to a 5% Value Added Tax (VAT). VAT, government fees, and payment gateway processing fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
All fees must be paid before the service is processed. Once payment is made and processing initiates, the refund rules below apply.
5. Visa Assistance & Dubai Visa Refund Policy
Visa assistance fees and Dubai visa application fees charged by Alnomadi Tourism LLC are strictly non-refundable once the application has been submitted or processing has started.
No refund will be provided in cases including, but not limited to:
Visa rejection by UAE Immigration or any global embassy.
Immigration delays or applications under process.
Client cancellation after submission.
Previous overstay, absconding case, immigration ban, or security issue.
Change of travel plan or no longer wishing to travel.
6. Flights, Hotels, and Tours Refund Policy
Flights: Subject to the airline’s exact fare rules. Non-refundable tickets cannot be refunded. Where a refund is approved by the airline, Alnomadi Tourism LLC will deduct applicable administrative fees, payment gateway charges, and airline penalties before releasing the balance.
Hotels: Subject to the supplier’s cancellation policy. No-shows, early check-outs, or late cancellations are non-refundable.
Tours & Activities: City tours, attraction tickets, and excursion packages are generally non-refundable once confirmed and issued.
7. Non-Refundable Services Summary
Unless expressly approved by a third-party supplier, the following are completely non-refundable:
Visa assistance, consultation, and application fees.
Dubai visa fees and Embassy appointment fees.
Confirmed city tours, attraction tickets, and non-refundable flights/hotels.
Payment gateway charges, Tabby/Tamara fees, and administrative fees.
8. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed only after Alnomadi Tourism LLC receives the funds from the relevant airline, hotel, supplier, or visa center. Refund processing times vary depending on the supplier and payment gateway (banks, Tabby, Tamara, etc.). We are not responsible for third-party delays.
9. Chargebacks, Payment Disputes & Penalties
Clients must contact Alnomadi Tourism LLC directly at [Insert Email] to resolve any issues before raising a bank dispute or chargeback.
Fraudulent Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback after a service has been processed, submitted, or delivered is considered a violation of these terms. Alnomadi Tourism LLC will submit all invoices, logs, and application proofs to the bank and payment gateway.
Penalty: In the event of an unjustified, malicious, or fraudulent chargeback, the client agrees to be held legally and financially liable for any administrative fees, bank penalty charges, and legal recovery costs incurred by Alnomadi Tourism LLC.
10. Indemnification & Overstay Liability
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Alnomadi Tourism LLC, its partners, and employees from any claims, losses, fines, damages, or legal actions arising from the client’s actions.
Overstay Fines: If a client enters the UAE on a visa processed by us and overstays beyond the permitted duration, or violates any UAE laws, the client is solely responsible for all resulting immigration fines, deportation costs, and legal consequences.
11. Limitation of Liability
Alnomadi Tourism LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial losses, including missed flights, loss of salary, business disruption, emotional distress, or additional travel expenses due to visa rejections or supplier cancellations. Our maximum liability shall strictly not exceed the service fee amount paid directly to us, excluding third-party fees.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a UAE court, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct communication shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dubai, UAE.
